The radiology department at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) is highly regarded within the field of musculoskeletal radiology and has a long history of providing high-quality MSK radiology training. The post-CCT MSK Radiology fellowship is a highly sought-after training post consisting of a 12-month clinical- and research-based training programme based at the RNOH. The RNOH is a tertiary referral centre for orthopaedics and spinal surgery and also houses one of the largest spinal injury centres in the UK.

In addition, the RNOH provides one of the largest sarcoma services in Europe as part of the London Sarcoma Service in partnership with University College Hospital London.

The faculty is active in a variety of clinical research projects and the fellow will be expected to complete a research project during their fellowship.

The consultant staff has a wide scope of orthopaedic and sarcoma knowledge and experience being internationally renowned for its work, teaching and research. This includes fortnightly updates to the bone and soft tissue tumour application.
