We are aware that some patients are not receiving MyCare authentication emails, including two‑factor authentication codes. Clinicians using EpicCare Link may also experience this and should check their Junk folders.
Our support team is investigating. Initial checks show that the emails are being sent correctly, but the reason they are not reaching some patients is still under review.
Thank you for your patience while we resolve this.

Stand close to the stairs. Hold onto the rail with one hand and the crutch/ crutches in the other hand (if you need to carry the second crutch up and down stairs the physiotherapist will advise on how to do so).
First take a step up with your non-operated leg. Then take a step up with your operated leg, onto the same step as your non- operated leg. Then bring your crutch up onto the step. Always go one step at a time.
