Activate your MyCare RNOH account with a code

If we have sent you a personal activation code on your After Visit Summary, by letter, email, or text, you can quickly activate your MyCare account on the MyCare RNOH - signup page (coming soon).

The code is only valid for 14 days.

When you activate your account with the personal code, you only need to add your date of birth and postal code to identify it is you.

Request a MyCare RNOH account before your visit

If you do not have a personal activation code, or if you want to request a MyCare RNOH account before your visit, you can request this online with your NHS number.

You will need to provide more detailed information together with your NHS number to request to sign up here (link coming soon).

You will have to type your details, including your address, email, etc. exactly as it is recorded with your NHS number in order to identify it is you.
