Mobile phone network issues affecting calls from RNOH

We are aware that there are currently reported problems with a number of mobile phone networks.

This is affecting calls from RNOH to some external mobile phone numbers.

This is NOT an internal problem with the RNOH's own phone system, or WIFI.
