Mr Pollock was appointed as a consultant at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) in 2004. He specialises in hip and knee surgery as well as bone and soft tissue tumours.
Mr Pollock has published numerous papers on joint reconstruction and bone and soft tissue tumours and continues to engage in clinical research. He regularly attends national and international meetings and is a member of the British Orthopaedic Association and the British Orthopaedic Oncology Society. He travels the world lecturing on his areas of expertise. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his young family and he is a keen triathlete, completing a full ironman triathlon in 2016.

Primary and revision hip and knee replacement, knee arthroscopy and cartilage repair.

Maximising functional outcome following surgery. Lead clinician in the Orthopaedic Oncology Unit at the RNOH.
Mr Pollock trained in medicine at University College London, qualifying in 1993. In 1997 he became a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and in 2003 he joined the specialist register in orthopaedic surgery. His orthopaedic training took place at UCLH and the RNOH. He also undertook fellowships in Sydney, Australia and Denver, USA, where he gained experience in hip and knee replacement (including revision) and the management of patients with bone and soft tissue tumours.
