Glenn Meyer came to RNOH for a series of operations after serious spinal injury during lockdown. He’s in recovery now and walking again and he’s very thankful for all the hospital staff who made sure he got back on his feet. To celebrate, Glenn’s helping RNOH Charity so they can do more for everyone here at RNOH in the future.
In May, Glenn will be hiking the 37 miles from his home in Caterham to RNOH in Stanmore. We’re excited to report that BBC presenter Clare Balding joined Glenn on one of his training walks for her programme Ramblings on BBC Radio 4. You can catch the show at 3pm today, Thursday 8 January, and on demand after that.
We're really grateful to Glenn for taking on this huge hike for us and have sent him the very best of luck.
