We are delighted to announce the appointment of Felicity Cooper as a new Non-Executive Director to the Board of RNOH.
Felicity brings with her over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector, having held senior leadership roles across digital transformation, human resources, risk management, and audit. Most recently, she served as People Operations and Business Management Director at Lloyds Banking Group, where she played a key role in shaping strategic and operational priorities.
In addition to her corporate experience, Felicity has a strong track record in the charitable and healthcare sectors. She has served as a trustee for Citizens Advice Hillingdon, where she chaired the Staffing and Resources Committee, and currently holds trustee roles with the Association of Anaesthetists and Imperial Health Charity, and is co-opted to the Board at Hightown Housing. Felicity’s appointment, which begins 1 August 2025, marks a positive and exciting step forward for the Trust. Her breadth of experience and passion for people and purpose align closely with our values and vision for the future. Doris Olulode, RNOH Chair, said: "On behalf of the Trust, I want to welcome Felicity to the Board. She’ll bring valuable insight and contributions to support and inform our strategic and operational priorities in the coming years.”
