There are vacancies for three Non-executive Directors at The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust (RNOH).

Post one

Workforce and Organisational Development expertise gained at a senior level. You will have experience of providing appropriate leadership, oversight, support and challenge to help improve Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). Experience of patient advocacy and/or community engagement would also be an advantage.

Post two

Clinical expertise gained from medical, nursing, allied disciplines or social care. You will have a track record of delivering innovation and quality improvement at a senior level. Experience of setting and overseeing delivery of research and teaching strategy would also be an advantage.

Post three

The Trust is seeking a Non-executive Director with skills and experiences in Finance who will serve as the Chair of the Audit Committee.
