If you need to reset your password, you can do this from the MyCare RNOH - Password Reset page

If you reset your MyCare password, please log out on all devices and sign back in with the new password, as stored passwords can cause your device to keep using the old one and lead to login errors when MyCare is used across multiple devices.

You will then be prompted to input your username and date of birth to verify your identity.

A code will then be sent to the email that we have for you on our MyCare system. Please note, this automated email will come from UCLH, not RNOH.

Copy and paste this six digit code into the box on MyCare.

Once you’ve changed your password an email will be sent to confirm that your password has successfully been reset. Again, as this is an automated email it will come from UCLH, not RNOH.
