AOTrauma - Our research is concentrated on clinical and translational research focusing on applications and methods rather than on the development of implants and instruments.

Arthritis Research UK : Arthritis Research UK is the leading authority on arthritis in the UK, conducting scientific and medical research into all types of arthritis and musculoskeletal conditions.

Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC) – They fund innovative implant design tools and technology underpinning biological research

BOA Joint Action - Leads in the process of developing the research base in UK orthopaedics and harnessing it systematically to address all current and future musculoskeletal needs

British Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (BOFAS) – provides grants of up to £5000 towards research into foot and ankle problems within the United Kingdom. Both basic science and clinical research are eligible.

Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) funds research and postgraduate training in engineering and the physical sciences at universities and other organisations throughout the UK

MRC Population and Systems Medicine Board (PSMB) Project and Programme grant: PSMB is responsible for the MRC's funding in musculoskeletal system and trauma, acute medicine and surgery.
