RNOH Staff Recognition Awards

The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) has a goal of becoming the best place to work in the NHS. We committed to this aspirational aim because we know - and international research shows - that hospitals with the happiest staff have the best patient outcomes. In order to make this goal a reality, the RNOH implemented the ‘VAL-YOU campaign’ in mid-2016 so that our staff, patients and their families can follow our progress and see how we are doing to realise this vision.

The Staff Recognition Awards are one part of the VAL-YOU campaign's work to make the Trust a more positive, supportive and inclusive place to work, but we need your help. If you feel a staff member or team at the RNOH deserves recognition for the way they have demonstrated our Trust values and been role models of compassionate care, you can nominate them for one of the awards listed below.

Patients, their families or a member of the public can nominate anyone who works at the RNOH at either our Stanmore or Bolsover Street locations. This includes a hospital staff member or a staff member of one of our partner organisations (e.g. ISS portering, catering and cleaning, the ASPIRE gym, or UCL research and development).

Nominations can be completed via an online form (click on the links below) or by downloading, printing and posting a paper form to the ‘VAL-YOU’ team, Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust, Brockley Hill, HA7 4LP, Stanmore, Middlesex.
