Patient initiated follow up or PIFU is when a patient initiates an appointment when they need one, based on their symptoms and individual circumstances.

Advice and guidance if you have a reoccurrence of your symptoms as discussed with your therapist at your last appointment.

New medical conditions or symptoms unrelated to your previous episode of care.
