This pilot programme has been designed at RNOH Stanmore for people with chronic pain, including widespread pain in people with a hypermobility diagnosis.
The pilot programme will cover all the components of a standard pain management programme. You can read more about this in the booklet published by the British Pain Society by scanning the QR code below.

The programme will be delivered on the Stanmore site, running one day a week for 6 weeks. The day will start at 09:45 and end at 14:00. This is an in-person programme only.
There will be one coffee break and one lunch break. Hot and cold drinks will be made available. Although there are cafés and a canteen on site, we request that they are used before the start time or after the end of the timetabled sessions. Please be aware that the lunch break is 45 minutes only. We therefore request that you bring your own lunch.
A small fridge and facilities to warm your lunch will also be available. If you wish to use the fridge, please label your lunch.
The sessions are related and follow on from each other. In order to get maximum benefit from the programme, we strongly advise that you do not miss any sessions. If you realise before the programme starts that you are unable to attend all six days, please let us know as soon as possible so that your place can be rearranged. If you have to miss a session unexpectedly, you can still attend the rest of the programme. Written or online resources can be provided to help you catch up.
