Many patients without insurance are opting to fund their own private treatment. On enquiry, we will prepare for you an estimate of anticipated charges of pre-admission assessment, accommodation and meals, nursing care, operating theatre fees, diagnostic tests, treatment and all drugs and dressings during your stay. It is very important to understand, however, that this is an estimate only and because of the uncertainties of medical care and individual needs, costs may vary up or down from those anticipated.
All self-funding patients will be asked to pay the full anticipated cost of their treatment before admission. Payment may be made by credit or debit card.
Please note that as we are a national centre for excellence and many of our patients are referred for second opinions or with complex problems, we currently do not offer fixed price packages.
Please be aware that you are responsible for costs not covered by your insurance policy. Your insurers will advise you of any limits or restrictions in your cover and whether the RNOH is in their chosen network of hospitals.
