Despite requirements for face coverings in some areas ending on 19th July, any person attending the RNOH is still required to wear a mask covering the mouth and nose.

If you are unable to wear a mask or face visor for any reason please contact the team you are coming to see prior to attending the site.  A virtual appointment will be offered as an alternative to ensure that our staff and patients are not exposed to risk.

However, if a face to face appointment is necessary, this will be considered on a case by case basis.  You will asked to provide a reason for not wearing a face covering and this will be risk assessed by your clinical team and agreed with the department you are visiting. This will likely be at the end of the day to ensure the safety of all involved.

If you have any concerns the PALS team can be contacted on 0208 909 5439

No one will be allowed on site if they are not wearing a face covering, this is to keep patients and staff safe.

We as all patients and visitors to please adhere to our guidelines and instructions from staff. Your continued cooperation is greatly appreciated
