We’re pleased to announce that RNOH Bolsover Street site re-opened on Monday 6 July for outpatient clinics, X-ray & Therapies. The Ultrasound service will resume from Monday 13 July.
However, the Orthotics service will not be open but we are aiming to resume this in August.
All activity will be by appointment only. As with our Stanmore site, patients are asked to arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to their appointment. We have security on the door so, just like at some shops, if there are too many people already in the building, you will have to wait outside or go elsewhere until your appointment time. We do this to keep footfall inside the building at a safe level. We appreciate your cooperation.
Temperatures and infection control questions will be asked upon arrival and you will be required to wear face mask and keep a 2m distance from others at all times.
Please note: Escorts will not be allowed apart from one parent for children and those with pre-arranged exceptional circumstances.
Private patient appointments will take place in the afternoon on the top floor by appointment only.
For the time being, we’re unable to provide refreshments and there will be no entertainment in waiting areas for children.
Throughout July doors will open at 08:15 and the building will close by 17:45 (first clinic session is 08:30-12:30 and then 13:30-17:30).
If you’re travelling by tube, please note that Goodge Street and Regents Park tube stations are closed at the moment. Great Portland Street, Euston Square and Warren Street are open. Full details of all London tube stations can be found on the TFL website.
If you’re driving, Bolsover Street is located with the Congestion Zone and Ultra Low Emission Zone.
Thank you for helping us all stay safe.
