RNOH launches consultation on its Foundation Trust proposals
The RNOH is consulting on its proposals to become an NHS Foundation Trust. The initial consultation, in 2007, generated considerable interest and the RNOH is re-consulting on its proposals because of changes in the NHS.
Rob Hurd, Chief Executive, said “We are restating our commitment to becoming an NHS Foundation Trust in 2014 and wish to encourage patients, carers, the local community and our staff to comment on our proposals. Since our first consultation in 2007, the NHS landscape has changed and we wish to ensure that our proposals still fit with the needs of our patients and stakeholders”.
