RNOH voted best places to work (again!)
Health Service Journal and Nursing Times, in partnership with NHS Employers, have just announced the Best Places to Work in the NHS for 2015, and for the second year running the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital feature in the top 100.
The list is a celebration of NHS organisations that have worked hard to promote great staff engagement and create an environment where people can enjoy their work.
Rob Hurd, Chief Executive, said: “I am delighted that we have been placed in the Health Service Journal’s top 100 best places to work in healthcare, for a second year. This is very good news for the Trust as it gives recognition to all the good things that happen here. In a recent staff update I outlined what we are doing to make improvements, and the progress we are making has been recognised by placing us in this top 100 list.”
“Whilst there are still improvements to be made, we should celebrate this accolade and redouble our efforts to ensure that this really is an excellent place to work and be proud of what we achieve for both our staff and our patients.”
