How you can help us improve patient experience

The RNOH is looking for patients to contribute to our new Patient Journey Programme.

The Programme has been created to review every step of the RNOH patient journey, from referral through to discharge, so that we can improve overall patient experience. This group currently includes clinical and admin staff, including consultants and appointment schedulers, and we are now hoping to recruit patient volunteers.

As a patient you will bring a unique and valuable perspective to the Group. We need you to tell us what works, what doesn't work and how you think we can improve, so that together we can design a service that is truly patient centred.

The Group aims to meet every 2-3 weeks in Stanmore for an hour. Patient partners are welcome to attend as few or as many meetings as they wish. We have already spoken to some patients over the phone about their recommendations, and we hope to soon be able to host Skype meetings for those who cannot access the site easily.
