BBC’s The Voice contestant to open RNOH’s flagship fundraising event
Jaz Ellington, one of the contestants on the BBC's The Voice programme, will be guest of honour at the RNOH Charity’s 10th Buttercup Walk.
The event, which will be held on Sunday, 24 June, is the RNOH Charity’s flagship fundraising event and will see Jaz set the walk on its way, talk to participants and draw the raffle.
Speaking ahead of the event, Jaz said he is really looking forward to meeting the families involved in the 10th Buttercup Walk.
“It's a great idea, a great charity and one I am very proud to be involved with for the Walk,” he said.
“I hope everyone has a wonderful time!"
The Buttercup Walk is enjoyed by several hundred people every year, with a mixture of past and present patients, their families, and friends. The day consists of a sponsored walk through the grounds of our Stanmore hospital site and a range of other attractions.
