Additional Information

The Care Quality Commission Review
The following evidence has been gathered to assure the RNOH Trust Board that relevant and effective systems are in place for the safeguarding of children at the RNOH.

The arrangements for safeguarding are set out against the Care Quality Core Standard.

Safeguarding standards at the RNOH are audited in conjunction with requirements under the NSF for children.

The next audit is due in December 2011.

If children miss an outpatient appointment at the RNOH, a new appointment is automatically made; this process is currently under review
