We value all feedback from our patients on how we can improve the service we deliver. Patients and relatives are encouraged to give feedback in a variety of ways. These include speaking to the senior sister or matron directly, completing a patient satisfaction card, Say So form or participating in the Trust's Real Time Patient Feedback initiative.
