The RNOH has signed a tripartite formal agreement (TFA) with NHS London Strategic Health Authority and the Department of Health. It remains committed to becoming an NHS Foundation Trust by April 2014 and to developing a new hospital on the current Stanmore site. Rob Hurd, Chief Executive, said " The Tripartite Formal Agreement provides us with a clear and transparent path to achieving a clinically and financially viable future for the services we provide and we are committed to delivering our obligations within it."
