In 2012, all public bodies will set equalities objectives to enable improvements in patient care and staff experience. We are seeking your views so that we can prioritise areas for improvement and develop objectives that are relevant and will have a positive impact on our patients.

We aim to:

• advance equality of opportunity between people who share a protected characteristic* and those who do not
• foster good relations between people who share a protected characteristic* and those who do not
