If you have already started the Project approval process and have spoken to R&D and want to produce project documents you can email us at research@rnoh.nhs.uk requesting them.

All research projects will need a protocol, a patient information sheet for those involving patients and an informed consent form.

The reason we email them to you rather than making them available online is so that you always get the right templates!
